TODAY WE WATCHED/TOOK NOTES ON "BOOM TO BUST!"...will finish tomorrow!

TUESDAY NIGHT HOMEWORK:

1. Make certain your Ch.9/10 summaries are highlighted and with images/notes in the margins for the entire two chapters.  If you have done so to my satisfaction...you will be allowed to use them for the completion...fill-in the blank section of the test.

2. With a color pencil/marker complete the 6 economic charts that illustrate the prosperity of the 1920's in your notebook.

3. Start working on your 50 Point Historical ID (COWBELL) on the Roaring 20's.

                  A. Two full paragraphs.  The first = The historical facts...who, what, when, where, why of the people, places, concepts, events that took place in the decade. The second= starts "This Significance is.." and you explain why it is called the Roaring 20's, or the Jazz Age, or the first modern decade.

                 B. You must include 10 20's slang terms in the writing.  Make certain they are highlighted, bold, and stick out in the paper.

                 C. This must be hand written in ink...neat, not one mistake.  You may go over one full hand-written page...and/or you may type it.  NO MISTAKES

                 D. Due Friday, Nov. 21. No late papers accepted.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE GONE NEXT MONDAY AND TUESDAY...YOU MUST MAKE UP THE TEST BEFORE YOU LEAVE.  IF YOU DO NOT ... IT WILL BE CLOSED NOTE.
